At PartnerOptimizer, Inc., we design our tools and experiences — including the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) Assistant (“IPP Agent”) and the Partner Intelligence Platform for Ecosystems (“PIPE”) to respect your privacy and protect your information. We want you to feel confident using our platform, whether you choose to interact anonymously or share your contact information.

1. What Data May Be Collected

  • If you interact with the IPP Agent and with PIPE without entering contact information, no personal information is collected. Your session inputs are not linked to an identifiable individual.
  • If you choose to provide contact information (e.g., name, email), that personal information is collected and used to support your experience, respond to requests, or follow up with relevant information or services.

2. How Your Inputs Are Used

  • Inputs and responses you provide during an interactive session are used to generate IPP insights or assist your current inquiry.
  • Once you provide contact information, your session responses are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the confidentiality principles in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not use your inputs for purposes beyond supporting the product interaction, improving our services, or as permitted in our Privacy Policy.

3. When Confidentiality Applies

  • Responses you provide are treated as confidential between you and PartnerOptimizer, Inc. only if you provide identifying contact information during the interaction.
  • If no contact information is provided, the responses are not associated with any identifiable individual and therefore are not treated as confidential personal information.

This approach ensures clarity about what “confidential” means in context — and aligns with how we collect and use personal data under our broader Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

PartnerOptimizer does not rent, sell, or share your personal or session information with non-affiliated third parties, except:

  • When needed to provide services you’ve requested
  • With your permission
  • In response to legal requirements such as subpoenas or court orders
  • To establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims
