Forrester Recognizes PartnerOptimizer (Twice!) in the 2020 Channel Automation Tech Stack

On June 26, 2020 Forrester’s Jay McBain, Principal Analyst, Channel Partnerships & Alliances, published “Channel Software Tech Stack 2020 — PRM, TCMA, Ecosystem, Incentives, Channel Data, Learning, Readiness, And Pricing“.

PartnerOptimizer was recognized within two important sectors of the Channel Software Tech Stack: “Channel Data Management (CDM)” and “Channel Ecosystem Management”, described below.   Within the stack, PartnerOptimizer is the only platform and service providing Channel teams with automated, highly data-driven partner profiling, partner segmentation and partner discovery based upon fundamental Ideal Reseller Partner Persona principles.

McBain emphasized that “The future of channel partner programs and ecosystems will be anchored on automation, flexibility, scalability, and self-service. The effective use of technology tools is no longer optional — ecosystems don’t run on spreadsheets!”
