Senior SaaS Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a passionate, self-motivated Senior SaaS Sales Representative to join our highly engaged team. As Senior SaaS Sales Representative at PartnerOptimizer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of PartnerOptimizer’s  sales pipeline by intelligent targeting, managing our demand generation process, and being an initial touch point among prospects. This position is key to building credibility, trust and to set the stage for winning new business.


  • Sell PartnerOptimizer services and platform via telephone, email, online conferencing
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and lead qualification
  • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing programs and campaigns
  • Direct and nurture leads through conversion
  • Record all data, document touch points, and update and maintain CRM database
  • Perform research and due diligence on prospects
  • Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Develop and execute an annual Sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives, which means tracking closely to KPIs and effective forecasting practices.
  • Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example yourself, and direct adherence to sales policies and practices.
  • Partner with leadership to develop creative ways to drive motivation and success among the team
  • Work across the Customer Success and Marketing teams to help ensure a smooth start-to-finish sales process
  • Develop and optimize inbound lead process
  • Partner with Leadership to develop and maintain organization to create a scalable, repeatable framework that helps us exceed our business goals


  • 4+ years sales experience and 2+ years in enterprise or mid-market B2B software (SaaS preferred).
  • Expertise in understanding channel partnership terminology
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals on or above target
  • Solid foundation of CRM administration, setting up reporting, and producing forecasts.
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Comfortable presenting and meeting live online
  • Start-up mentality
